Effective 16 August 2026 · Last updated 16 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Saarthi, a WhatsApp ordering agent provided by
LemmeDeliver (Rohit Bagade), India. By signing your business up, you agree to them.
We have kept them short and in plain words.
1. What Saarthi does
Saarthi answers your customers on your WhatsApp Business number, takes orders against the item
list and prices you give it, and alerts you when an order arrives. It works only from the
information you provide. It is software, not a person, and it tells customers so when asked.
2. What you are responsible for
Your number. You own the WhatsApp Business number and connect it yourself through
Meta's Embedded Signup. You can disconnect it at any time.
Your prices and stock. Saarthi quotes what you enter. Keeping rates and availability
current is yours to do — we give you a dashboard for it.
Fulfilling orders. Saarthi takes the order; you pack and deliver it. We are not a
party to the sale between you and your customer.
Following the rules. You must comply with the
WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
and applicable law. No spam, no messaging people who have not contacted you.
3. What we promise, and what we don't
We will run the service with reasonable care and fix faults as quickly as we can. We are a new
and small company, so we will be straight with you about the limits:
We do not promise a specific uptime figure. We would rather say nothing than invent
an SLA we cannot yet stand behind.
Saarthi depends on WhatsApp, Meta and other providers listed in our
Privacy Policy. If they are down, Saarthi is affected.
Totals for weighed goods are estimates until you weigh them. Saarthi says so to the
customer; the final amount is settled by you at delivery.
An AI can get things wrong. Saarthi is built to work only from your information and to hand
anything unusual to you, but you should check orders before acting on them.
4. Fees, trial and cancellation
Plans and prices are shown on our pricing section. Fees are monthly
and in Indian rupees.
Every plan starts with a free trial. During the trial you pay nothing.
You can cancel any time. Tell us and we stop at the end of the paid month. We do not
lock you into a contract.
If we change prices, we tell you at least 30 days beforehand.
5. Your data
How we handle data is set out in our Privacy Policy, including who
processes it and how we respond to requests from public authorities. You can have your data
deleted at any time — see Delete your data.
Your business information and your customers' order data are yours. We do not sell them and we
do not use them to advertise to anyone.
6. Suspension
We may suspend an account that is being used to spam, to break WhatsApp's policies or the law,
or in a way that puts our Meta access at risk. Where we can, we warn you first and give you a
chance to fix it.
7. Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for
any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not
liable for lost profits or lost business.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above,
and we will tell you on WhatsApp before they take effect for you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
