Saarthi is a WhatsApp ordering assistant for restaurants and small businesses, operated by LemmeDeliver (Rohit Bagade). This policy explains what data Saarthi collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It covers two kinds of people:
From customers, when you message a Saarthi-powered restaurant number, we process:
From restaurant owners, when you sign up, we collect the business details you submit: business name, owner name, WhatsApp number, email, location, opening hours, menu (typed or as a photo), delivery and payment details.
Customer data is received through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) when you message a restaurant's number. Owner data is collected through our onboarding form. We do not buy personal data or collect it from other sources.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Saarthi runs on a small set of processors that handle data only to deliver the service:

Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy. We share data only as needed to run the service, or where required by law.
We keep a restaurant's data, and its customers' order and conversation data, for as long as that restaurant uses Saarthi, so the restaurant can serve its customers. When a restaurant stops using Saarthi, or on a valid deletion request, we delete the associated data within a reasonable period.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Customers can also ask the restaurant they ordered from. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Saarthi is a tool for businesses and their customers and is not directed at children under 18.
This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
